If baby is enjoying his bouncer but doesn’t want you to leave the room, how do you make it fun play for him and good workout for you? How about jumping squats matching his bounce? JJ loved it! This boy can go for 30 minutes or more. I definately haven’t needed a gym membership since having the baby and I have been able to have happy healthy meaningful workouts! I have been working on getting a flatter stomach which is one of the hardest part after a baby. So baby is helping me a lot reach my goals. πβ
